The board of directors is made up of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The board is responsible for the common areas of the community. The board also takes care of legal matters to keep the community insurances and legal property documents current. The board meets monthly to review progress and issues of the community. The board may hold community meetings as deemed necessary. An annual community meeting is mandated by the By Laws; it is usually held in November of each year.
